All payments processed are in South African Rands (ZAR.)
All prices include VAT.
We accept MasterCard and Visa cards.
At point of sale, we will require you to enter in your credit card number, cvc number, expiry date and your full name on your credit card. This information will be transmitted via encrypted SSL (secure socket layer) session between your computer and our billing merchant, using current industry standards.
Touch Down Group does not store your credit card information on file, this information is held securely at Virtual Card Services our billing merchant. Virtual Card Services complies with PCI-DSS security standard for the retention of credit card and billing information.
- Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and the merchant that nobody can impersonate Virtual Card Services to obtain confidential information.
- Virtual Card Services will then store your nominated billing method using PCI-DSS security standards. Storing card details against a token which identifies your account.
- Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- The merchant does not have access to credit details.
- Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.
- Virtual Card Services is 3DSecure compliant and PC-DSS certified.
- We are now a cashless resort. Ask reception to assist in banking your cash on your cashless card. All major cards accepted.
Modifications
- Modifications will be allowed on fully paid reservation up to 6 weeks prior to occupation with no forfeiture.
Cancellations
- 50% will be forfeited if cancelled 8 – 6 weeks prior to occupation. 100% will be forfeited if cancelled 0 – 6 weeks prior to occupatio
Day Visitors
General rules and information of Dunkeld Country & Equestrian Estate:
- Please be mindful of your noise levels.
- No pets will be allowed to enter the premises.
- For any queries or an emergency, please call 078 293 1403 or 010 300 8749.
- Day visitors are to wear recognized swimwear and must bring their own towels.
- Please advise reception of any accidental breakages to be charged upon checkout.
- All public areas have free Wi-Fi. Please ask your nearest member of staff for the password.
- A conservation levy of R70 per vehicle is due before exit from the premises will be granted.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds will be given due to bad weather or mechanical failure.
- The stated conservation levy will be payable regardless of resort amenities used.
